[SMM Weekly Review of Recycled Rare Earths: Rare Earth Scrap Prices Remain Stable at Highs, Market Inquiries and Trading Recover] This week, scrap market prices remained stable at highs, with the increase in oxide quotes last Friday having a positive impact on scrap prices. Supported by the oxide market quotes, scrap prices continued to fluctuate at highs this week. Market inquiry activity rebounded somewhat, with magnetic material enterprises' willingness to sell increasing, and the volume of scrap circulation increased WoW.

June 26 News:

This week, the price of Pr-Nd recycled from NdFeB scrap was reported at 483-488 yuan/kg; the price of dysprosium recycled from NdFeB scrap was reported at 1,610-1,621 yuan/kg; the price of terbium recycled from NdFeB scrap was reported at 5,439-5,495 yuan/kg; the price of gadolinium recycled from NdFeB scrap was reported at 89-110 yuan/kg; the price of holmium recycled from NdFeB scrap was reported at 200-240 yuan/kg.

This week, the scrap market prices remained stable at highs. The increase in oxide quotes last Friday had a positive impact on scrap prices. Supported by the oxide market quotes, scrap prices continued to fluctuate at highs this week. Market inquiry activity rebounded somewhat, and the willingness to sell among magnetic material enterprises increased, with the volume of scrap circulation increasing WoW. Due to export controls, the content of dysprosium, terbium, and gadolinium in scrap decreased, while the price of Pr-Nd oxide, the main component of scrap, remained high, and trading activity for Pr-Nd in the oxide market was more active than that for dysprosium and terbium. Pr-Nd in scrap has become an important source of revenue for recycling enterprises. It is expected that in the short term, influenced by the oxide market quotes, scrap market prices will continue to remain stable.
